The Champagne Cuvée Visionnaire by Jérôme Lefèvre is a single-plot cuvée that gives voice to Mont de Bonneil, from the western edge of the Vallée de la Marne, where Meunier finds among clay and limestone a clear, sincere and deeply territorial expression. Here certified organic viticulture, inspired by Masanobu Fukuoka's natural farming principles, lets the fruit speak in its most authentic form, so close to the grape itself that it becomes a true quintessence.

This edition, based on the 2023 harvest, comes exclusively from Meunier grapes grown on the Les Chouttes (lieu-dit) plot and involves vinification and maturation in fût de chêne guided by minimal intervention, so as to discreetly accompany the evolution of the material without ever altering its identity. After tirage comes ageing on the lees of around 24 months, while the choice to proceed with no final dosage, in Brut Nature style, preserves its expressive purity.

On tasting, the Cuvée Visionnaire reveals a taut and luminous profile, with the fruit in the foreground through hints of yellow apple, pear and small red berries, joined by delicate citrus notes and supported by a saline texture and well-integrated freshness, while on the palate the entry is direct and juicy, with a slender yet dense structure that stretches into a dry, mineral finish of remarkable persistence. Production in a limited run of 1,000 individually numbered bottles.
