The Côteaux Champenois Rouge Composition #4 by Jérôme Lefèvre is an audacious and authentic expression of Pinot Noir vinified in red in Champagne, obtained from selected grapes grown in vineyards near the village of Saulchery, in the western part of the Vallée de la Marne. A product of the 2022 vintage, this wine has benefited from precise aging of 15 months in barrique, enhancing the complexity and elegance of the fruit. Like all the creations of the Maison, it comes from organic viticulture, resulting in a unique wine produced in limited quantities, a testament to the richness and diversity of the terroir champenois. Unfiltered and containing only natural sulfites, it presents itself as a pure, vibrant wine with a strong identity, capable of combining elegance and depth.
On tasting, the Rouge Composition #4 stands out for its refined and structured profile, with notes of ripe red fruits, delicate spices, and subtle boisée nuances. The sip is intense and harmonious, supported by a well-balanced tannic structure and a long, persistent finish.
