Coteaux Champenois Franck Pascal
Blanc Confiance
The Côteaux Champenois Blanc Confiance by Franck Pascal is a still white wine that reflects the biodynamicphilosophy and respect for nature that define the work of the vigneron. The blend brings together Meunier (68%), Pinot Noir (22%) and Chardonnay (10%), sourced from the vineyards of the Vallée de la Marne, a chalky and mineral terroir that imparts freshness and complexity. Composed of 76% grapes from the 2020 harvest and 24% from 2019, it ages for about two years before bottling in June 2023, and is released in limited edition.
On the palate, Blanc Confiance reveals a bright straw-yellow hue with golden highlights. The bouquet is elegant and layered, with notes of white fruit such as pear and apple, enriched by citrus, floral and mineral nuances. The taste is fresh and vibrant, sustained by a marked mineral tension that faithfully reflects the terroir. The richness of ripe fruit, balanced by incisive acidity and a creamy texture, leads to a long, persistent finish with a mineral imprint.
A wine that expresses an authentic and refined interpretation of Champagne, able to convey the territory with the same precision and purity that characterize the style of Franck Pascal.
