Rouge En Val Ligé 2022
The Côteaux Champenois Rouge En Val Ligé by Domaine de Bichery is a red wine made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes from the 2022 harvest from a single plot located near the village of Neuville-sur-Seine. Vinification takes place in used barrels, with no sulphites, and the wine is neither clarified nor filtered, thus retaining all its authenticity.
En Val Ligé Rouge is characterised by an inviting aromatic profile, fully expressing the typical features of Pinot Noir. On the nose, notes of cherries, small red fruits and a delicate floral touch stand out. On the palate, the wine harmoniously combines the strong, spicy character of Champagne with the freshness and fruity elegance reminiscent of the Burgundy style.
With their artisanal vision, Hannah and Raphaël produce this extraordinary red wine in extremely limited quantities: only 799 bottles.
