Emilien Allouchery is the fourth generation of the Allouchery-Perseval family, winemakers in Écueil, Premier Cru in the Petite Montagne de Reims. Growing up among the vineyards, it was natural for Emilien to undertake the profession of winemaker and oenologist, and after an experience in New Zealand and Australia he returned to Champagne to the family business. The 8 hectares of vineyard, mainly cultivated with Pinot Noir and a small part with Chardonnay, are managed in a sustainable way (HVE certification - Haute Valeur Environnementale and Viticulture Durable en Champagne) and since 2020 Émilien has begun converting to organic viticulture.

Passion, patience, curiosity, Emilien has clear ideas and focuses on a production style that allows freedom of expression to the specific influences of the terroir on the vintages themselves, to obtain unique, lively and wonderfully communicative wines. Pinot Noir and Chardonnay are vinified separately during alcoholic fermentation using oak barrels and sandstone amphorae.
