Champagne Jacques Rousseaux
Tradition
Champagne Tradition by Jacques Rousseaux is the result of a blend of 80% Pinot Noir and 20% Chardonnay, from old vineyards located close to Verzenay Village, 100% Grand Cru of the Montagne de Reims; and it is certified "Haute Valeur Environnementale".
This Champagne undergoes soft pressing and vinification in stainless steel; fermentation for about 24 months on the lees and a final dosage of 4 g/l (Extra-Brut).
Champagne Tradition is the pure expression of the best Pinot Noirs of Verzenay: its luminous colour with golden yellow reflections, fine and persistent perlage; on the nose white fruit with hints of pastry and biscuit notes; on the palate it is creamy, with a persistent chalky minerality and spicy.
It pairs perfectly with gourmet and creamy dishes, poultry and white fish.
