The Champagne Plénitude by Solemme is one of the most intimate and sincere expressions from the western Montagne de Reims, a land of Premier Cru terroir where artisanal viticulture and respect for the natural balance of the vineyards guide every choice of the Domaine. Its name evokes fullness and completeness, and it takes shape in a cuvée that joins the harmony of Champagne’s three great grape varieties with a transparent approach, designed to let the place of origin speak without mediation.

This edition, Vintage 2022, is an almost equal blend of Pinot Noir, Meunier and Chardonnay grapes, vinified with an artisanal sensibility that shows in every stage of the process. Vinification and fermentation include only partial malolactic fermentation to preserve tension and freshness, while the choice to skip filtration keeps the integrity of the wine intact, so any light sediment should be seen as an entirely natural phenomenon and as the sign of a respectful, transparent approach. After bottling for the second fermentation, the wine ages on the lees for at least 36 months, and the final dosage, in Extra Brut style, quietly supports the purity of the cuvée and the typicity of the Montagne de Reims.

On tasting, Plénitude 2022 opens immediately with a complex, delicate aromatic profile, where notes of white fruit blend with fresh, bright nuances. On the palate the fine, lively bubbles support a harmonious, well-balanced structure in which freshness meets an elegant, precise texture, leading to a long, refined finish with a persistence of great finesse. Production in a limited run of 1,500 bottles.
