Champagne Jacques Rousseaux
Rosé de Saignée
Champagne Rosé de Saignée by Jacques Rousseaux is made from 100% Pinot Noir from old vineyards close to Verzenay village, 100% Grand Cru of the Montagne de Reims; and it is certified "Haute Valeur Environnementale". It is a Rosé made by cold maceration of the ripest grapes that matures on the lees for at least 3 years and dosage 3 g/l (Extra Brut).
The Champagne Rosé de Saignée with its salmon pink colour is characterised by a fine and persistent perlage, the nose is fruity with cherry, strawberry, raspberry and flowery notes of rose and peppermint. Good minerality and freshness that enhances a finish of fruit and flowers. Ideal as an aperitif or to accompany any dish.
