Champagne Jacques Rousseaux
L'Autre R
Champagne L'Autre R by Jacques Rousseaux is the result of 100% Pinot Noir from old vineyards located near Verzenay village, 100% Grand Cru of Montagne de Reims; and is certified "Haute Valeur Environnementale". This Champagne is aged in barrels and refined in the cellar for about 36 months. Final dosage 4 g/l (Extra Brut).
To the eye the Champagne L'Autre R is pale gold in colour with wheat yellow reflections, initially toasted and vanilla nose, then surprises with notes of black cherry, raspberry liqueur, pomegranate, redcurrant and blackberry. Excellent to taste with Parma ham or with a fillet of veal sautéed with morels.
