Rosé Magnum

The Champagne Rosé de Saignée by Fleury is crafted using the traditional saignée method. Made from 100% Pinot Noir sourced from vines around 30 years old, it is distinguished by a short maceration on the skins before pressing, which imparts its characteristic ruby hue. An essential and pure style, conceived to enhance the intensity of Pinot Noir and its natural elegance. An authentic Rosé, combining depth and freshness in perfect balance.

Vinification takes place in stainless steel vats with complete malolactic fermentation, followed by around four years of ageing on the lees after tirage, ensuring complexity and stylistic consistency. The final dosage below 4 g/l defines a crisp and incisive Extra Brut profile.

On the palate, Rosé de Saignée reveals a bright ruby colour and an intense bouquet of fresh red fruits, blackcurrant, and ripe plum. The palate combines vinosity and richness, leading to a finish of refined sweetness that highlights its harmony and persistence.

Fleury

The Domaine Fleury, founded in 1895 in Courteron in the Côte des Bar, is one of the most historic and innovative estates in southern Champagne. Today run by the fourth generation, the family has made biodynamics its guiding philosophy, first adopted in 1989 thanks to Jean-Pierre Fleury, the very first Champagne grower to convert his vineyard to this nature- and terroir-respectful approach.

The vineyard covers around 15 hectares, with plantings dominated by Pinot Noir (85%), complemented by Chardonnay (10%) and by the so-called cépages oubliés such as Pinot Blanc and Pinot Gris, along with a small share of Meunier. Some vines date back to 1970, rooted in Kimmeridgian clay-limestone soils that bring tension, depth and a distinctive mineral character to the wines.

Today, the family carries on a tradition of research and innovation, while remaining deeply committed to the terroir and biodiversity. Thanks to the dedication of Morgane, Jean-Sébastien and Benoît, the Domaine has become a benchmark for biodynamic grower Champagnes, combining authenticity, elegance and a strong territorial identity.
