Millésime 2010
The Champagne Millésime 2010 by Fleury is the result of a blend of 80% Pinot Noir and 20% Chardonnay, cultivated according to biodynamic principles. This cuvée offers a sincere and vibrant interpretation of the terroir of Courteron, in the heart of the Côte des Bar, authentically expressing the character of the vintage.
60% of the vinification takes place in fût de chêne, while the extended aging on the lees – over 14 years – helps to shape the wine’s complexity. The final dosage, in Extra Brut style at 3 g/l, underscores the purity of the whole.
On tasting, Fleury Millésime 2010 displays a bright colour, animated by extremely fine and persistent bubbles. The bouquet is elegant and multi-faceted, with fruity and floral notes, citrus hints, and a subtle mineral imprint. On the palate, it is deep and structured, with a complex flavour profile in which the energy of Pinot Noir is harmoniously interwoven with the finesse of Chardonnay. A vintage Champagne with a bold character, fully reflecting the artisanal vision and stylistic coherence of the Fleury family.
