Champagne Gaston Collard originates in Bouzy, a Grand Cru village in the Grande Montagne de Reims, one of the most prestigious areas in Champagne, where Pinot Noir reaches some of its most intense, structured, and distinctive expressions. In this south-facing village, among the most renowned in the region alongside Ambonnay, the vineyards benefit from ideal conditions that enhance ripeness and depth. This is where the Collard family story unfolds, now reinterpreted by Cyril Collard, an independent vigneron who has reshaped the estate with a contemporary vision deeply rooted in its terroir.

At the head of the Domaine, Cyril has led a profound transformation, introducing a gradual shift toward organic and certified biodynamic practices, aiming to restore balance and vitality to the soils. Vineyard work becomes central, with careful, non-invasive interventions that follow the natural rhythm of the vine, while in the cellar a precise and minimal-intervention approach takes hold. Micro-vinifications, often carried out in wood, allow each parcel to be expressed individually, offering a detailed and faithful interpretation of the terroir without technical excess.

Champagnes by Gaston Collard consistently reflect the identity of Bouzy, through interpretations that highlight Pinot Noir in its many facets, from more structured styles to those that are tighter and more linear.
