The Champagne Cuvée 3A by De Sousa is the result of an exclusive blend combining three of the most prestigious Grand Cru villages in Champagne: Avize (50% Chardonnay), Aÿ (25% Pinot Noir) and Ambonnay (25% Pinot Noir). The vines, cultivated according to organic and biodynamic principles, are rooted in chalk and clay soils, precisely expressing the personality of each terroir. The name “3A” is a direct tribute to these three outstanding appellations.

Vinification takes place partly in oak barrels and partly in stainless steel tanks, with spontaneous fermentation from indigenous yeasts. After bottling, the wine undergoes ageing on the lees for over 24 months, developing aromatic richness and palate complexity. The restrained dosage, in Extra Brut style, preserves freshness and purity of expression, maintaining a perfect balance between mineral tension and roundness.

On the palate, Cuvée 3A displays a pale gold hue with copper highlights. The nose reveals citrus notes of lemon and pineapple, exotic hints of mango and a buttery touch, intertwined with delicate aromas of red fruits such as blackcurrant and raspberry. The palate is broad and velvety, supported by fine minerality and persistent freshness, leading to a precise and elegant finish that reflects the harmony of the three Grands Crus.
