The Champagne Chemins des Terroirs by De Sousa is crafted from a balanced blend of 50% Chardonnay, 30% Pinot Noir and 20% Pinot Meunier, sourced from various parcels across the Côte des Blancs, Vallée de la Marne and Montagne de Reims. The carefully selected grapes express the complex and harmonious identity of three distinctive terroirs.

Vinification takes place in stainless steel vats, with the addition of around 40% reserve wine to ensure stylistic continuity and consistency. After tirage, the wine matures for a minimum of 30 months on the lees, developing structure and complexity. The dosage, between 5 and 7 g/l in Brut style, preserves freshness and elegance, offering a balanced and dynamic profile.

On the palate, Chemins des Terroirs displays a bright golden yellow hue, animated by a fine and persistent mousse. The nose opens with aromas of citrus, green apple, ripe pear and candied quince, intertwined with floral hints, mineral nuances and notes of brioche and pastry. The palate is lively and harmonious, supported by a bright acidity and a clear minerality. A creamy texture and the balance between freshness and roundness lead to a long, refreshing finish of great precision and finesse.
