The Champagne Cramant & Avize Millésime by Bérêche et Fils originates from the two namesake and remarkable Grand Cru villages of the Côte des Blancs, from selected Lieux-Dits planted with Chardonnay. This Blanc de Blancs is conceived to deliver a clear and unfiltered interpretation of its terroir, through a parcel-based approach that enhances identity, depth, and mineral tension, in a style that is rigorous and deeply connected to its origin.

This edition, Millésime 2020, reflects a vintage marked by steady climatic conditions, gradual ripening, and perfectly healthy grapes, capable of combining concentration with fresh momentum. Vinification with fermentation using indigenous yeasts takes place in neutral French oak barrels, a choice that enriches texture without interfering with the varietal profile. After tirage, the secondary fermentation occurs in bottle under natural cork, followed by at least 48 months on the lees, contributing to aromatic complexity and structural articulation. The final dosage of 2.7 g/l, in Extra Brut style, supports balance while preserving integrity and precision of expression.

On the palate, Cramant & Avize Millésime 2020 reveals a luminous and vertical profile, with aromas of ripe citrus, white flowers, fresh almond, and subtle chalky nuances. The structure is finely chiseled and dynamic, marked by a saline thread that drives the progression with continuity. The texture is compact yet poised, freshness seamlessly integrated, and the finish long, pure, and refined. Produced in a limited run of 2,700 bottles.
