Dehours & Fils

Dehours & Fils is a family Domaine based in Cerseuil, in the western Vallée de la Marne, west of Épernay. The estate covers around 14 hectares divided into 42 vineyards across Mareuil-le-Port, Œuilly and Troissy, forming a mosaic of parcels with different exposures, altitudes, soils, grape varieties and vine ages. This richness allows Jérôme Dehours to work with many territorial nuances, with Meunier as the central variety and a particularly refined, elegant and precise interpretation of the grape.

The family history reflects an independent and pioneering vision. Jérôme’s grandfather, Ludovic, was among the first independent vignerons in the 1930s, while his father, Robert, was one of the precursors of the concept of quality vin de réserve in the 1970s, keeping wines from the best vintages to bring continuity and depth to the cuvées. Since 1996, Jérôme has led the Domaine with responsible viticulture, without pesticides or herbicides, and a production focused on parcels, grape maturity and the identity of the Vallée de la Marne.
