Vibratis 2013
The Champagne Vibratis 2013 by Laurent Bérnard is the result of a balanced blend of Pinot Noir (40%), Meunier (40%), and Chardonnay (20%), sourced exclusively from the Premier Cru village of Mareuil-sur-Aÿ. The selected grapes come from four distinctive parcels – Chemin du Bois, La Maladrille, Les Basses Clefs, and Les Sept Arpents – which together shape a precise and coherent territorial identity.
The cuvée is vinified with no added sulfites, a testament to a respectful and minimalist approach aimed at preserving the authenticity of the raw material. After bottling, the wine aged for over 72 months on the lees, developing remarkable aromatic depth. The Extra Brut dosage (2.4 g/l) keeps the gustatory tension intact, highlighting the vibrant character of the vintage.
On the palate, Vibratis 2013 reveals a mineral and finely chiseled profile, where the finesse of white flowers and citrus intertwines with notes of dried fruit and wet stone. The mouthfeel is broad, pure, and persistent, with a saline energy that enhances the expression of the terroir.
