The Champagne Le Millésime 2005 by Vazart-Coquart is a Blanc de Blancs made from 100% Chardonnay, sourced from the finest parcels of the Grand Cru of Chouilly, in the Côte des Blancs. This exceptional terroir enhances the purity, verticality, and most authentic expression of Chardonnay.
A rare vintage Champagne, it is crafted from a single harvest and the result of an exceptionally long ageing on lees—over 18 years—which imparts remarkable aromatic depth, evolving complexity, and a texture of extraordinary finesse. The decision to bottle without dosage (Brut Nature) highlights its mineral tension, crystalline precision, and the natural elegance that defines the Domaine’s signature style.
On the palate, Le Millésime 2005 appears luminous and golden, with an exceptionally fine and steady mousse that reflects its long maturation. The bouquet reveals outstanding complexity, blending notes of candied citrus, dried fruit, and acacia honey with nuances of toasted bread, hazelnut, and chalk.
