ZĂ©ro Dosage
The Champagne ZĂ©ro Dosage by Vazart-Coquart is a Blanc de Blancs made from 100% Chardonnay sourced from vines over thirty years old, located in the village of Chouilly, a Grand Cru in the CĂ´te des Blancs. This exceptional terroir imparts to Chardonnay its signature mineral finesse and crystalline energy.
The cuvée is composed of 45% Réserve Perpétuelle, initiated in 1982 and renewed each year by 40% with Chardonnay-only cuvées. Vinification takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats to preserve precision and freshness, followed by a long ageing of at least 84 months on the lees before dégorgement, with no added dosage – Brut Nature.
On the palate, Zéro Dosage is pure and luminous, with an exceptionally fine mousse and an intense aromatic profile dominated by notes of citrus, green apple, and chalk, complemented by hints of almond, toasted bread, and sea salt. The mouthfeel is incisive and vibrant, marked by outstanding mineral tension yet balanced by depth and harmony. The finish is long, saline, and precise, embodying refined simplicity — a perfect expression of elegance without embellishment.
