The Coteaux Champenois Supergroovalisticmacerationstuff by Jérôme Lefèvre – also nicknamed “Supergroova” – is a red still wine of remarkable personality, crafted from 100% Pinot Noir grown in Neuilly, at the heart of the Vallée de la Marne. The vines, rooted in a terroir of strong identity, are in their third year of organic conversion, reflecting a winemaking philosophy devoted to respect for nature and the enhancement of the land.

Harvested in 2020, this Coteaux Champenois follows an ambitious winemaking path: 4 years of aging in barrique, shaping structure and depth while preserving purity and authenticity. Bottled in August 2024, it was produced in only 300 bottles, each of which rested in bottle for a further 12 months before being released to the market.

On tasting, Supergroova unveils a profile of great aromatic intensity and complexity: ripe red fruits, fine spices, toasty nuances and a vibrant mineral imprint intertwine into a deep and elegant bouquet. On the palate, it combines richness and freshness, with a finely chiselled tannic structure, an enveloping body and a long persistence that amplifies the wine’s unique character.

A Coteaux Champenois of research and craftsmanship, produced in an ultra-limited edition and already considered a collector’s label. Each bottle is individually numbered, guaranteeing its exclusivity.
