This Champagne reflects the terroir of its origin, with vineyards cultivated using traditional methods that respect the environment and the natural cycle of the vines. Made from a blend of classic Champagne grapes, mainly Meunier and Chardonnay, with a small percentage of Pinot Noir, the grapes come from old vineyards carefully selected to ensure maximum quality and aromatic complexity. Vinification follows traditional methods, with fermentation that enhances the natural characteristics of the fruit and prolonged ageing on the lees, which gives the wine depth and finesse.

To the eye, this Champagne has a brilliant golden yellow colour and a fine, persistent perlage. On the nose, Tradition Les Vignes offers a rich and complex bouquet, with notes of ripe fruit such as apple and pear, enriched by hints of citrus fruits, white flowers and a light toasted note, due to the ageing on the lees. On the palate, it stands out for its balanced structure and elegance. The fruity flavours are perfectly integrated with the wine's freshness and liveliness, accompanied by a subtle nutty note and a long, mineral finish that leaves a pleasant sensation of cleanliness and persistence.
