The Champagne Rosé Grains Roses by Jean Valentin is produced in Sacy, a Premier Cru village of the Montagne de Reims, and expresses a classic and well-balanced interpretation of Champagne Rosé, rooted in expressive rigor and deep respect for the terroir. The style is free of excess, built on freshness, precision, and harmony, with a deliberate avoidance of any form of enological overstatement.
This edition is made from an assemblage of Pinot Noir and Meunier sourced from the estate’s Premier Cru vineyards. Vinification follows the traditional principles of rosé d’assemblage, with the aim of preserving aromatic finesse and clarity of expression. The final Brut dosage shapes a profile that is linear, balanced, and immediately readable.
On tasting, Rosé Grains Roses shows a bright rosé colour and a fine, persistent mousse. The aromatic profile is dominated by fresh red fruits, notably wild strawberry and cherry, complemented by delicate citrus nuances. On the palate, it is fluid and dynamic, supported by well-integrated freshness and a clean, harmonious finish.
