Boléro 2008
The Champagne Boléro 2008 by Fleury is a Blanc de Noirs made from 100% Pinot Noir, sourced from selected parcels in the Côte des Bar. Vineyards such as Charme de Fin, Côte de Champreau, Meam Bauché, and Montégné contribute to the wine’s depth, structure, and character, offering an authentic expression of the terroir.
Vinification combines thermo-regulated stainless steel (60%) with barriques (40%), with full malolactic fermentation. After bottling, the wine matures for more than 15 years on the lees, developing remarkable complexity and refinement. With no final dosage, it achieves an Extra Brut profile, crafted to highlight the purity of the fruit and the mineral transparency, perfectly aligned with the rigorous and elegant style of the Fleury family.
On the palate, Boléro 2008 is broad and vibrant, displaying notes of dried fruit, ripe citrus, toasted almonds, hints of yellow fruit, and delicate spices. It combines freshness with unctuosity, delivering a sip of great balance, supported by marked mineral tension and a long, refined persistence.
