Concordance 2018
The Champagne Concordance 2018 by Marie Courtin is a pure expression of 100% Pinot Noir grapes exclusively grown in the village of Polisot, located in the Côte des Bar. The vines are renewed through “massal selection”, a breeding technique that aims to preserve genetic diversity within the same variety, thus ensuring superior quality grapes. This approach allows the unique characters of the vineyard and its connection to the terroir to be preserved intact. Harvest base 2018 with vinification in steel tanks, with no addred sulphites and no final dosage - making it an Extra Brut.This Blanc de Noirs best expresses the terroir of the Côte des Bar. The Kimmeridgian soil gives it an excellent structure, enriched by a marked sapidity and minerality. Pinot Noir releases complex aromas ranging from violets to red fruits, with a spicy and vibrant finish echoing pure energy.
