Champagne Doyard
RĂ©volution Magnum
The Champagne Révolution by Doyard is a Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru crafted exclusively from Chardonnay, sourced from old vines over forty years of age located in the villages of Avize, Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, Cramant and Oger, all classified 100% Grand Cru in the renowned Côte des Blancs. A cuvée that faithfully reflects the purity and expressive strength of the terroir.
The blend comes from three consecutive vintages, with vinification split between fût de chêne (Burgundian pièces of at least five wines) and stainless steel vats. Only the moût de cuvée is used, with partial malolactic fermentation (20%) to balance freshness and complexity. After an extended ageing on the lees, the Champagne is released with no dosage – Non Dosé, Brut Nature – to emphasize its essential character.
On the palate, Révolution reveals itself as pure and vibrant, with notes of ripe citrus, chalk, toasted hazelnut and delicate hints of dried fruit. The mouthfeel is marked by mineral tension, crystalline precision, and an incisive persistence, the unmistakable signature of the Domaine’s style.
