The Champagne Accent Tonique by Manon Boutillez-Guer is crafted from a blend of 94% Chardonnay and 6% Pinot Noir, sourced from vines with an average age of 35 years located around the village of Villers-Marmery, in the Montagne de Reims. The name “Accent Tonique” evokes the floral and vibrant tones typical of Villers-Marmery’s Chardonnay, a unique terroir where chalk enhances both finesse and freshness. Manon Boutillez-Guer interprets this identity with an essential and refined style, true to her philosophy of respect for the soil and natural balance, capable of expressing the authentic vitality of the Montagne de Reims.

Produced from the 2020 harvest, with the addition of 20% reserve wine, it is vinified in stainless steel and, after tirage, aged on the lees for around 24 months before disgorgement. The final dosage of only 2 g/l, in Extra Brut style, highlights its purity and mineral tension.

On the palate, Accent Tonique displays a bright golden hue with green reflections. The nose is alluring, with aromas of white flowers, citrus, and fresh almond, enriched by mineral nuances and a delicate chalky imprint. The palate is slender and precise, vibrant with freshness and subtle salinity, finishing pure and persistent, reflecting the luminous elegance of the Domaine.

Produced in a limited edition of only 2,400 bottles.
