The 2014 vintage and single vineyard provenance perfectly embody the philosophy of the Domaine, which carefully celebrates the authentic expression of each plot. This Millésime 2014 is characterised by zero dosage, underlining the commitment to pure vinification, capable of enhancing the personality of the terroir without superfluous intervention.
The Champagne Les Basses Prières has a luminous golden colour, displaying a fine and persistent perlage that announces its elegance. On the nose, it reveals a fascinating complexity, weaving together notes of dried fruit and candied citrus fruits with delicate spicy nuances. The minerality is immediately perceptible, recalling the essence of the Hautvillers terroir, while slight hints of honey and brioche enrich the bouquet with a mature touch.
