The Champagne Rosé Millésimé 2015 by Henriot originates from a selection of parcels located in the villages of Aÿ, Mareuil-sur-Aÿ, Avenay and Mutigny for Pinot Noir, and Chouilly and Avize for Chardonnay, spanning the Montagne de Reims and the Côte des Blancs. This provenance, exclusively Premier and Grand Cru, allows for a combination of structure and depth with tension and mineral brightness. The generous and солне 2015 vintage is interpreted by the House through this Rosé cuvée, capable of uniting expressive maturity and stylistic precision in a coherent and age-worthy expression.

This edition, Millésime 2015, is composed of approximately 63% Pinot Noir and 37% Chardonnay, with the addition of around 10% red wine made from separately vinified Pinot Noir to enhance color intensity and structure. The winemaking process is focused on aromatic clarity and respect for the identity of each cru, while following tirage the wine is aged on its lees for over 8 years, developing complexity and finesse. The final dosage of 3 g/l supports a dry and dynamic profile, highlighting balance and expressive transparency.

On the palate, this Rosé Millésimé 2015 displays a bright pink hue with copper reflections and a fine, persistent mousse. The bouquet reveals ripe red berries, blood orange and delicate spicy nuances, alongside hints of pastry and candied citrus. It shows structure and drive: the texture is enveloping yet supported by vibrant freshness and a mineral backbone that guides the progression. The finish is long, elegant and slightly tannic, closing with refined citrus and savory notes.
