The Champagne Rosé Olga by Guillaume Sergent is a Rosé de Saignée made from 100% Pinot Noir sourced from the Premier Cru vineyards of Vrigny, in the Montagne de Reims. The vines, rooted in sandy and clay-limestone soils, give the Pinot Noir energy, freshness, and a strong sense of terroir identity.

This edition is based on the 2019 harvest. Vinification includes a skin maceration, which imparts the characteristic deep rosé color and more complex aromas. The process follows the vigneron’s artisanal approach: spontaneous fermentations with indigenous yeasts, maturation in oak barrels, and no fining or filtration. After tirage, the wine aged for at least 60 months on its lees before disgorgement. The style is defined by a restrained dosage of just 2.5 g/l – Extra Brut, which enhances precision and mineral tension.

On the palate, Olga reveals a bright rosé hue with a fine and persistent mousse. The nose opens with crisp red berries, ripe citrus, and delicate floral notes, enriched by spicy and mineral nuances. The palate is full-bodied and structured, marked by vibrant freshness and a long, saline persistence — a true expression of the purity of Vrigny’s Pinot Noir.

Production is extremely limited, with only 320 bottles.
