The Champagne La Compagnie 2020 by Emilien Allouchery is a refined and complex expression of the Petite Montagne de Reims, born from the blend of 50% Pinot Noir (Écueil) and 50% Chardonnay (Ville-Dommange), both sourced from Premier Cru vineyards. The vines take root in clay-sandy and silty soils, enhancing the minerality and elegance of the terroir.

This wine ferments 80% in fût de chêne and 20% in sandstone amphorae, followed by 10 months on the lees. Malolactic fermentation is not sought, preserving freshness and tension in the flavor profile. The wine undergoes neither collage nor filtration, maintaining its purity of fruit. After more than three years of aging on the lees, it is finished with a low dosage of 2 g/l - Extra Brut, highlighting the authenticity of the terroir and the fineness of the blend.
