The Champagne Rosé by Elemart Robion is a cuvée of great personality, a true expression of the Domaine’s artisanal savoir-faire. Crafted from an equal blend of Meunier and Pinot Noir, sourced from vineyards rooted in clay-limestone soilsnear the villages of Lhéry and Courtagnon, it offers a contemporary and deeply terroir-driven interpretation of rosé Champagne.
The 2022 harvest, marked by excellent sanitary conditions and balanced ripening, yielded grapes of remarkable expressiveness. The winemaking process focuses on preserving varietal purity, while a long maturation of at least 36 months on the lees adds depth and complexity to the cuvée. The Extra Brut dosage, limited to just 3 g/l, highlights the Domaine’s essentialist approach and allows the wine’s vibrant energy to shine through.
On the nose, it opens with a refined bouquet of crisp red berries, ripe citrus, fresh flowers, and delicate spices. On the palate, it stands out for its bright freshness and silky texture, which support a precise and dynamic tasting progression. The finish is clean and savory, reflecting both the identity of the terroir and the vigneron's sensitivity.
