The Champagne Les Monets Millésime 2019 by Elemart Robion is a single-parcel cuvée that highlights the identity of a specific Lieu-Dit located in the village of Lhéry, in the heart of the Vallée de l’Ardre. Made from 100% Meunier, this Blanc de Noirs offers a clear and vibrant expression of the terroir, shaped by a vintage that delivered healthy, perfectly ripe grapes.
Vinification takes place entirely in stainless steel, with spontaneous fermentations and minimal intervention, in keeping with the vigneron’s philosophy of transparency and respect for the fruit. The wine is aged on the lees for at least 36 months, developing aromatic depth and structural precision. The Extra Brut dosage (1.5 g/l) reflects the producer’s essentialist approach, focused on purity and tension.
On the nose, Les Monets Millésime 2019 opens with aromas of crushed red berries, citrus peel, and fresh spices, accompanied by subtle hints of chalk and dried flowers. On the palate, it is linear and energetic, supported by lively acidity and a taut texture that brings momentum and clarity. The finish is clean, mineral, and persistent, a faithful expression of the vineyard’s singular character and the vigneron’s non-interventionist style.
