In the Côte des Bars, a land of character and contrasts, Dufour crafts cuvées that seek not artifice, but the essence of place and vintage.
This edition results from an original blend composed of 60% Pinot Noir, 30% Chardonnay, and a final touch of Pinot Blanc, a variety that contributes elegance to the wine's aromatic texture. The base comes from the 2022 harvest, enriched with 35% réserve perpétuelle spanning an impressive range from 1982 to 2021—a choice that adds depth, memory, and stylistic consistency to the whole. The final dosage in Extra Brut style emphasizes the intent to preserve the authenticity of the fruit and the expressive clarity of the terroir.
