The Côteaux Champenois Blanc Vin de Comptoir by Charles Dufour is a white wine made from a blend of 60% Pinot Noir (vinified white), 30% Chardonnay and 10% Pinot Blanc. Harvested in 2022 with a réserve perpétuelle (1982-2021), vinification and ageing occur in barrels for around 12 months before bottling.
An extremely pure white wine with great freshness. On the nose, aromas of white flowers and vanilla combined with a beautiful minerality. On the palate, after an extreme freshness, the wine settles and expresses itself on notes of cereals, white fruit (apple, pear) and vanilla.
