The Champagne Les Amoureuses by Villa Bon Accueil is an authentic Blanc de Blancs born on the Rive Droite of the Vallée de la Marne, in the village of Vandières, from a small vineyard of just 0.64 hectares. The philosophy aims at a generous and complex expression of the terroir, in which Chardonnay grapes recount with precision and depth the identity of a confined place, enhanced through careful selection and a vision oriented towards finesse.

This edition, from the 2019 harvest, undergoes vinification and fermentation in fût de chêne, where the must matures for six or seven months before tirage. After tirage, the wine ages on its lees for at least 48 months, completed by a further six months of rest in bottle before release. The final dosage of 2 g/l, in an Extra Brut style, accompanies a profile that is already naturally balanced and of great tension.

On the palate, Les Amoureuses shows an elegant straw yellow with golden reflections and an intriguing bouquet, where acacia honey, lime zest and pastry cream are enriched by spicy and mineral notes. It reveals great finesse and an intense, extremely elegant profile, supported by a long and saline persistence that confirms the depth and stylistic coherence of this cuvée.
