The Champagne Les Parages by Villa Bon Accueil is a Blanc de Noirs that interprets Meunier on the Rive Droite of the Vallée de la Marne, coming from a single vineyard of just 0.64 hectares in the village of Vandières. Here Meunier recounts with purity and finesse the identity of a confined place, delivering a precise, authentic expression deeply rooted in its origin.

This edition, from the 2019 harvest, undergoes vinification and fermentation in fût de chêne, where the must matures for six or seven months before tirage. This is followed by a long ageing on the lees for at least 60 months, completed by a further six months of rest in bottle before release. The final dosage of 3 g/l, in an Extra Brut style, enhances its purity and finesse, accompanying a profile that is already naturally balanced.

On the palate, Les Parages shows an elegant straw yellow with golden reflections and a nose where mineral notes of chalk and flint stand out, followed by citrus, slightly toasted hints and pastry cream. It reveals great character, with an intense and extremely elegant profile, supported by a long and saline persistence that confirms its depth and stylistic coherence.
