The Champagne Les Songes by Villa Bon Accueil is a Blanc de Noirs obtained exclusively from Pinot Noir, the result of a parcel selection in the lieu-dit Le Carrefour de Trotte. With a southern exposure and on a chalky, clay soil, this vineyard yields grapes of great precision, capable of delivering an authentic expression deeply rooted in its terroir of origin.

This edition, from the 2021 harvest, undergoes vinification and fermentation in fût de chêne, where the must, obtained from carefully selected grapes, matures for six or seven months. After tirage, the wine ages on its lees for at least thirty-six months, completed by a further six months of rest in bottle before release. The final dosage of 2 g/l, in an Extra Brut style, accompanies a profile that is already naturally balanced and of great finesse.

On the palate, Les Songes shows an elegant straw yellow with golden reflections and a nose that reveals delicate notes of acacia honey and pastry, followed by citrus and toasted hints. It reveals an intense, complex and wonderfully fine profile, supported by a long and saline persistence that confirms its depth and stylistic coherence.
