The Champagne Les Chataigniers 2020 by Fabrice Pouillon is the result of 100% Meunier grapes from the same-name plot (lieu-dit), grown on clay soil Lutécien, in the village of Festigny (Vallée de la Marne). Harvest 2020, vinification in fût de chêne and refining on yeasts for at least 4 years. The final dosage amounts to 2 g/l - making it an Extra Brut - for this extraordinary and highly expressive Champagne Blanc de Meuniers.
