Coteaux Champenois R. Pouillon & Fils
Paunet 2020
The Côteaux Champenois Rouge "Paunet" by R. Pouillon is a red wine made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes harvested from a magnificent vineyard facing west located near the village of Mareuil-sur-Aÿ, classified as Premier Cru. Harvest 2020 with maceration of the grapes for 14 days, vinification in 228-liter oak barrels, aging for about 18 months before bottling in April 2022 for about 300 bottles.
The Côteaux Champenois Rouge Paunet 2020 is a red wine characterized by a deep and intense color. It offers distinct aromas of blackberry, enriched by nuances of wood and vanilla.
