The Champagne Grande Vallée by Fabrice Pouillon stems from the meeting of five villages in the Vallée de la Marne, Mareuil, Mutigny, Avenay, Épernay and Festigny, where the geological inlay of chalk and clay traces the most authentic identity of this area. This wine brings character and elegance into dialogue, the fruit of a viticulture that respects the natural rhythm of the vine.

This edition, based on the 2023 harvest at 50% and the 2022 at 23% completed by the vins de réserve, shows a predominance of Pinot Noir grapes alongside Meunier and Chardonnay, with vinification and maturation in barrique where the spontaneous fermentation from indigenous yeasts and the ageing of the vins de réserve in French oak casks and foudres build depth and complexity. Crafted according to the Méthode Fabrice Pouillon with no added sugar, the cuvée draws solely on the grape's natural sugars and, after the tirage, undergoes a minimum ageing of 18 months on the lees with a final dosage of 2 g/l, in an Extra Brut style.

On the palate, Grande Vallée reveals a refined balance between freshness and depth, with a taut and vibrant structure sustained by a minerality that sculpts its profile. The texture is creamy and silky, run through by a saline tension that lends drive and dynamism. The persistence is long and precise, leaving a harmonious and savoury sensation that bears witness to the great expressive consistency of this wine.
