Coteaux Champenois Jacques Lassaigne
Chères Vignes 2020
The Côteaux Champenois Chères Vignes by Jacques Lassaigne is a red wine made from 100% Pinot Noir harvested in 2020 from a single parcel (lieu-dit) of old vines located near the village of Montgueux. The grapes are destemmed, gently pressed and matured in a neutral oak vat for approximately one year, then bottled with no added sulphites.
The Côteaux Champenois Rouge Chères Vignes by Jacques Lassaigne is a soft rosé wine with aromas of red fruits and notes of chalky minerality. On the palate it is light, pure and elegant. A wine with wonderful acidity and a long, mineral finish.
