The Côteaux Champenois Chamery Rouge “Le Parfondval” 2022 by Emilien Allouchery is an authentic and refined expression of the terroir of Chamery, a village located in the Petite Montagne de Reims. Made from a blend of Pinot Noir and Meunier, sourced from the same Lieu-dit co-planted in 1971 on clay-silty soils, this wine expresses with purity and depth the character of the grapes and the territory.

The vinification follows an artisanal approach, with a two-week maceration on destemmed grapes, to extract color, structure, and aromatic complexity. The aging process lasts 22 months in fût de chêne, giving the wine an elegant, harmonious profile, capable of evolving over time. No invasive interventions, without filtration or clarification, to preserve its authenticity and expressive intensity to the fullest. Bottled in July 2024, with only 423 bottles produced.

On tasting, Le Parfondval stands out for its depth and finesse, with ripe red fruit notes, delicate spices, and subtle boisée nuances. The finish is long and persistent, supported by a vibrant freshness and an elegant tannic structure.
