Champagne Petit Clergeot
Chevry
The Champagne Chevry 2021 by Petit Clergeot is a Blanc de Noirs made from 100% Pinot Noir, with grapes sourced from the namesake parcel located in Polisot, in the heart of the Côte des Bar. This vineyard, planted in 1976, lies on soil rich in clay, limestone, and chalk, a profile that gives the wine structure, depth, and a distinctive mineral imprint. The vinification follows an essential and transparent approach: direct pressing of the grapes, fermentation in small stainless steel tanks, no added sulfites, and zero final dosage. After 30 months of aging on the lees, the cuvée is released as a Brut Nature (0 g/l), clearly expressing the purity of Pinot Noir and its terroir.
The philosophy of the Domaine is summed up in the principle “one parcel, one grape variety, one vintage”, aimed at enhancing the identity of each site through artisanal and environmentally respectful work.
The production of Chevry 2021 is limited to only 5,204 bottles, a testament to the meticulous care and independent vision that guide the Petit Clergeot project.
