The Champagne Les Visions by Legras & Haas is a Blanc de Blancs that authentically tells the story of its origins, revealing the sunny and delicate character of the slopes of Chouilly, a Grand Cru of the Côte des Blancs. Born from a blend of Chardonnay sourced from all the Maison’s parcels, this Champagne reflects the sensitivity of both the land and those who cultivate it, offering an expression that is both complex and honest.

The cuvée is based on the 2021 harvest, with vinification entirely in stainless steel at low temperature—a choice that protects the most delicate aromas. The wine then ages for over 24 months on the lees, with a dosage below 6 g/l, within Brut parameters, lending balance, clarity, and a perfectly calibrated structure.

On the palate, Les Visions impresses with its creamy texture and defined structure: the sip is broad and smooth, traversed by a citrusy and chalky spine that enhances its freshness. The mid-palate reveals a soft and generous core, while the finish displays both energy and precision. The aromatic profile is in constant motion: ripe pear, elderflower, citrus, chalk, white flowers, and subtle toasted notes compose a vibrant and expressive whole, evolving gracefully in the glass.
