Champagne Brut
Intuition Rosé V21

The Champagne Intuition Rosé by Legras & Haas is a cuvée with a vibrant personality, gracefully interpreting the refinement of Champagne savoir-faire by bringing distant and complementary terroirs into dialogue. Chardonnay from Chouilly, a Grand Cru of the Côte des Blancs, and from Vitry brings incisive freshness, while red wines from Riceys, in the far south of Champagne, add structure and depth, giving life to a Rosé that highlights the balance and expressive transparency of the fruit.

This edition, based on the 2021 harvest, shows a prevalence of Chardonnay grapes (58%), alongside 19% Pinot Noir vinified as white wine, 12% Meunier and 11% Pinot Noir vinified as red wine. Only first-pressing juice is used, to preserve the aromatic integrity of the fruit. Vinification and fermentation take place entirely in stainless steel. After tirage, the wine ages on the lees for at least 24 months, while the final dosage of 6 g/l, in Brut style, supports the overall harmony without altering its precision on the palate.

On tasting, Intuition Rosé shows a very pale pink hue that foreshadows a surprisingly intense aromatic profile, in which notes of fresh red fruit and pomegranate intertwine with delicate hints of citrus zest. On the palate it reveals a finesse marked by well-integrated mineral tension and an agile yet deep structure, leading to an elegant and rigorous persistence that gracefully unveils a more reflective personality behind its light and seductive allure.
