The Champagne Millésime 2019 by Leclerc Briant is a blend of 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay, an authentic and radiant expression of the vintage. The 2019 harvest, generous and perfectly balanced, showcases the power of Pinot Noir and the grace of Chardonnay in an elegant, precise harmony — a reflection of Leclerc Briant’s philosophy rooted in balance, energy, and authenticity.
Thanks to vinification and maturation for nine months in oak barrels, the wine gains remarkable depth and roundness while retaining its vibrant natural energy. After tirage, it undergoes 48 months of ageing on the lees, enhancing its aromatic complexity and finesse. The dosage of 1.5 g/l, in Extra Brut style, preserves purity and mineral tension, giving the wine a clean, precise, and perfectly balanced profile.
On the palate, Millésime 2019 reveals a pale golden hue with brilliant highlights and a fine, lively stream of bubbles. The nose is direct and expressive, unfolding notes of damp chalk and marine nuances, accompanied by aromas of quince, lemon, honeysuckle, toasted hazelnut, and jasmine blossom. The palate offers a juicy, enveloping fruit texture, supported by well-integrated citrus acidity. The mid-palate is harmonious and subtly vinous, amplifying saline sensations and the purity of the finish — a Champagne of great precision, depth, and refined elegance.
