The Champagne Dizy - Terres Rouges Récolte 2015 by Jacquesson is part of the prestigious Lieux-Dits collection, a range that celebrates the uniqueness of individual vineyard sites. This cuvée is made exclusively from Pinot Noir grapes, harvested from a plot planted in 1993 in the renowned village of Dizy, located in the most esteemed area of the Vallée de la Marne. The vineyard covers more than 6 hectares, enjoys east-facing exposure, and is rooted in deep, reddish-brown calcareous soil rich in chalky loam, which imparts complexity and character to the wine.
Crafted according to Jacquesson’s rigorous and respectful winemaking philosophy, this Champagne is a Blanc de Noirs of great stylistic precision. The typical structure of Pinot Noir is expressed with freshness and harmony, supported by a delicate minerality that enhances balance and tension. The final dosage is 0 g/l, classifying it as Extra Brut—a deliberate choice to highlight the purity and identity of the terroir without compromise.
Produced in only 10,462 bottles and 501 Magnums, Dizy - Terres Rouges RĂ©colte 2015 is a rare and faithful expression of its vineyard origin, embodying the stylistic consistency and pursuit of excellence that have always distinguished Jacquesson.
