The Champagne Rosé by Gonet-Médeville stands as one of the most elegant and personal interpretations of the Domaine's artisanal savoir-faire, based in the village of Bisseuil, between Épernay and Aÿ. Born from vines tended according to sustainable practices and the expression of a respectful, conscious approach, this Rosé embodies all the finesse and stylistic consistency of an estate that makes precision in the vineyard and fidelity to its terroir its true, authentic philosophy.

This edition, from the 2018 harvest, is enriched with 20% vin de réserve and brings together 70% Chardonnay grapes from the Grand Cru of Le Mesnil-sur-Oger and 30% Pinot Noir from the Grand Cru of Ambonnay and the Premier Cru of Bisseuil, of which 3% is vinified as red. After a gentle pressing the musts ferment spontaneously in used barriques, and after the tirage the wine ages on the lees for at least 24 months before dégorgement, with a final dosage of 4 g/l, in an essential and finely chiselled Extra Brut style.

On the palate and nose, this Rosé impresses with its aromatic finesse and vibrant energy, offering a bouquet that opens on notes of crisp red fruits, pomegranate and citrus zest, enhanced by floral nuances and subtle spiced accents. The palate reveals itself taut, creamy and deep, supported by an elegant structure and a long, clean and incisive finish that confirms its balance and its constant, natural calling for freshness and precision.
