The Champagne Vinicella by Durdon Bouval is an authentic expression from the Vallée de la Marne, where Meunier and Pinot Noir grapes find a natural balance between energy and depth, in a landscape of slopes overlooking the river that gives the fruit both ripeness and drive. A Blanc de Noirs that reflects the richness of the marl and limestone soils together with the family's artisanal sensitivity, capable of interpreting the terroir with a pure, precise and contemporary style.

This edition, from the 2021 harvest, undergoes vinification and maturation entirely in stainless steel, a choice that preserves the aromatic transparency and the natural tension of the fruit without any superstructure. After tirage it rests on the lees for a minimum of 30 months, gaining complexity and finesse, while the final dosage of 4 g/l, in Extra Brut style, maintains the harmony between structure and freshness while enhancing the mineral identity of the terroir.

On tasting, Vinicella shows a deep golden yellow with coppery reflections and a fine, persistent perlage, while the bouquet opens broad and layered on notes of raspberry, wild strawberry, ripe citrus and quince, enriched by mineral nuances and a delicate toasted hint of bread crust. On the palate it is enveloping and vibrant, with an incisive freshness balancing the generosity of the red fruit and a full, silky structure, enhanced by touches of fine spices and toasted almond, towards a dry, long and saline finish.
