The Champagne Blanc de Noirs by Aude & Boris elegantly interprets the expressive strength of Champagne’s black grapes, through vineyards certified in organic farming and an approach focused on freshness, purity and fruit precision. This cuvée comes from a prevalence of Meunier grapes, alongside Pinot Noir, and conveys a direct yet refined style, where aromatic intensity, natural softness and mineral tension find a luminous balance.

This edition, based on the 2022 harvest, comes from an assemblage composed of 66% Meunier grapes and 34% Pinot Noir, interpreted through vinification and fermentation mainly in stainless steel tanks for 91%, with a small portion in fût de chêne for 9%, a choice that preserves aromatic clarity and vibrancy while adding subtle depth without weighing down the profile. After tirage, the wine ages on the lees for at least 18 months, while the final dosage of 5 g/l, in Extra Brut style, supports balance, freshness and precise taste definition.

In tasting, it shows a pale yellow colour with delicate pink reflections and a fine, persistent perlage, opening with notes of redcurrant, raspberry, wild strawberries, grapefruit and subtle floral nuances. On the palate it reveals freshness, roundness and pleasant fruity vibrancy, supported by a balanced texture and a subtle saline note that carries a delicate, persistent and refined finish.
